Make a Donation

Due to limited funding, donations are needed to serve our low-income patients who do not have insurance or medical assistance, who meet our income guidelines, and who are not eligible for other services. Donations in the past have come from grants, individuals (including patients), organizations, businesses and churches. All donations will be used for:

Medical equipment and supplies including prescriptions Rent and Utilities Office supplies including postage and photocopying costs

All donations, large and small, are greatly appreciated. Please make checks payable to Access Carroll.

Volunteer

Volunteers are also needed. In 2008 we had 179 volunteers that donated over 6,424 hours on site! Positions available include data entry, secretarial support, and nurses, both LPN and RN, and CNA's. The program is open Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday mornings from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and evening hours on Monday's and Wednesdays. We are closed on major holidays. A minimal commitment of twice a month is preferred. For further information, please call at 410-871-1478.

Volunteers are needed in the following areas: Physicians, both onsite and off-site, nurses and nursing support staff, clerical/administrative, data entry (urgent need!), and cleaning and construction help. The fundraising committee is also seeking volunteers and may contact the office for monthly meeting dates and times.
