On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers and the patients we serve, Access Carroll extends appreciation to Every Hand that contributed to the successful renovation and relocation of the Access Carroll office, to offer expanded integrated health care services to low-income residents of Carroll County, Maryland.

Since first opening on January 31, 2005, we have made a difference in the lives of thousands of our friends, family, and neighbors in need living in Carroll County, Maryland.

We are a patient-centered and integrated medical home for residents of Carroll County, Maryland. We will provide quality health services, including medical, dental, and recovery support care. Services will be provided in a welcoming and holistic manner based upon the unique strengths, needs, abilities, and desires of all individuals across the lifespan, and in an environment that ensures and respects privacy.
