Please be advised, effective August 01, 2025, Labcorp has decided to no longer offer walk-in phlebotomy services within the Access Carroll location.
We appologize for any inconvenience caused and look forward to onsite lab services returning to Access Carroll in the future. Updates will be shared as available.
Beginning on Monday, July 14, 2025, the Labcorp site located within Access Carroll will be open to walk-in patient services for the next 60 days. No appointments are required!

Access Carroll is conveniently located in downtown Westminster, next to Paradiso Ristorante. Enter the building under the green awning and come up two floors (stairs & elevator available) where you will find the Access Carroll’s entry doors. Once in our reception area, proceed to the front desk and let the Access Carroll team member know you are here for Labcorp services.
